JUNIOR ROWING
Learn. Train. Race.
Open to all
Ambitious for everyone
Talent is everywhere. Opportunity isn’t.
Rowing is one of the most powerful sports for teenage development, yet it is often out of reach.
Brentford Boat Club exists to remove barriers and make rowing accessible to local young people.
We believe every teenager deserves the chance to build strength, resilience and confidence in a supportive team environment.
Our focus is young people first, sport second.

RACE
Brentford Boat Club competes at local, regional and national level. Some young people choose to race competitively. Others focus on participation and development.
- Local to national competitions
- Early success and growing ambition
- Development at your pace
The club is open to all young people aged 13 to 18, regardless of previous rowing experience, sporting or family background.
Many members start with no prior experience.
Commitment, teamwork and effort matter more than early talent.
Young people can row competitively or recreationally and move between pathways as they grow.
Our coxes are as much a part of our squads as the rowers, offering another way to participate.
